Dr Rahul Vet Mentor provides digital educational products and online coaching/mentorship services. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to educational content, we operate a strict no-refund policy.

2. Products & Services Covered

This no-refund policy applies to all our products and services, including:

• Weekly Clinical Sheets — $1
• 10 Key Clinical Cases — $9
• Complete Veterinary Notes Bundle — $150
• NAVLE Mentorship / Coaching Programs
• All other digital educational resources sold by Dr Rahul Vet Mentor

3. Please Review Carefully Before Purchase

Before completing any purchase, we strongly encourage you to carefully review:

• Program duration, session schedules, and inclusions

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased product or service, please contact our support team promptly. We will work with you to resolve access issues.

Please note: technical support does not automatically constitute a refund. Our goal is to help you access what you have paid for, not to reverse the purchase.

5. No Cancellation After Access

Once access to a digital product or online coaching/mentorship service has been provided — through downloadable content, credentials, links, group access, or the first live session attended — the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same product/service, please contact us with proof of both transactions. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Program-Specific Terms

Certain mentorship programs may include additional terms (such as attendance requirements or completion criteria) which are described within that program's page. Please review them at the time of enrollment.
